By using the services of InCredia (herein InCredia) I agree to the following:

For Partners: I acknowledge that I am an attorney, CPA, Business Planner, Stock Broker, Investment Banker or other professional authorized to review the documentation for my client. I agree that if I purchase a PPM service under the partner program that I am commiting myself to purchasing, at a discount, a minimum of one (1) PPM (private placement memorandum) per month for a minimum of twelve (12) months starting from the date of my first purchase. I authorize InCredia to charge my credit card for a minimum of one (1) PPM each month beginning on the date of my first purchase. I further agree that I am not a shareholder or a member of any offering that I purchase a PPM for. If Incredia discovers that I am a shareholder or member of an offering for which I have purchased a PPM under the partner program I agree to allow InCredia to charge me for a regular price PPM (not the partner price).

For Partners and/or Entrepreneurs: I acknowledge that the services provided by InCredia are based upon information given to InCredia by myself or an authorized member of my staff. I understand that InCredia is not acting as my attorney, financial, investment or tax advisor and the information provided on this web site or through other forms of communication with InCredia, employees or agents, is not legal, financial, investment or tax advice.

I understand that the information contained on this site consists of general information regarding private business funding. Since every business is unique and laws vary from state to state, InCredia does not guarantee that the options selected by me or my client are the best for a particular situation.

I acknowledge that InCredia does not know my financial or tax situation and is relying solely on my own representations and InCredia did not provide me, or my client with any legal or tax advice for use by my, or their business entity.

I understand that InCredia has the right to change its pricing, website information, sales programs, service offerings, and any other company information without notice, unless otherwise stated in contractual form. I understand that if InCredia changes any of this information that I will not be entitled to any refund of any difference in pricing from the prices I am paying at the time of purchase.

I understand and agree that if I cancel my order for any reason after work has commenced on any project (services) by InCredia that I WILL NOT be entitled to a refund of any amount. I understand that once I place my order for services that the services I request will be commenced at the moment I order the services. I agree to provide InCredia with all information necessary to complete my services.

I understand that InCredia has no obligations and it is my responsibility to make sure that my business entity, and/or my client, complies with all state, local and federal laws.

I acknowledge and understand that any public notice(s) or publishing requirements are not included in the services provided by InCredia.

I acknowledge and understand that InCredia does not guarantee any kind of investment into my company, or my client's company by potential private investors, angel investors, venture capital investors and/or any other type of investor, either public or private.

I acknowledge and understand that processing times at the state of filing can vary greatly and that InCredia is not responsible for the processing times or processing procedures of any state or government entity where documents may be filed by me. InCredia does not warrant or guarantee the acceptance of documents forwarded or the processing times for any government entity.

I further certify that I am eighteen (18) years old or older, that all information provided to InCredia is accurate and true, and that InCredia, may relay on this information to perform its services. I further understand that I am acting on my own free will and that I have the right to consult with a separate legal or financial counsel to effectuate my own decision(s) based on the general information obtained from this website or from InCredia.

I further understand that all information obtained from InCredia is also available from numerous other sources including but not limited to, the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, National Association of Securities Dealers, Federally Funded Banks, United States Small Business Administration, Local Libraries, State Government Informational Publications, State Universities and various other sources.

Credit Card Authorization and Charges

Your Credit Card Statement will show your charge as InCredia, LLC or PPM Fast. PPM Fast is a partially owned subsidiary of InCredia, LLC. All agreements made or implied are with both PPM Fast and InCredia, LLC. All sales are final.

Once we begin work on your project, or you download a product through email, or download from our website, or the internet, we do not give refunds for any reason, except for what is covered in our "Services Guarantee."

Our services (work) begins when we receive your order information and/or when your credit card purchase has settled with our bank. If you are required to forward information so that we can perform our services that you have ordered, it is your responsibility to forward that information in a timely manner (and in a readable format) so that we may continue our services and complete your request.

Please read the "Terms & Conditions" and "Services Guarantee" before you purchase our products and/or services. If you purchase services from our company we reserve the right to complete the work according to our Terms and Conditions and within a reasonable time schedule determined by our management.

Products developed from the efforts of our services are developed with the understanding that they are a work in progress until final approval is given, by you, within a reasonable time schedule (usually 7-21 business days, but in certain circumstances longer) by you (the client).

By purchasing our products and services you agree to receive your services and products and to receive those product(s) by email and/or download. If your product(s) is delivered via email or to your InCredia online account for download we will consider delivery completed and your services will be concluded unless you request further services.
