How We Get Paid We receive a commission on capital we raise as follows:
7.0% of capital raised under $1,000,000
3.5% of capital raised up to $5,000,000
2.0% of capital raised over $5,000,000
Important Note: Depending on the risk level we may also charge a commitment fee (upfront) for due diligence, marketing expenses, travel or administrative fees.
