About Our Founder
Mike Stapleton created InCredia in 2002 as an advanced business consultancy working with small public companies in raising capital. Over the past twenty years Mike has been a partner in 6 start ups, performed 4 mergers, 12 acquisitions and successfully performed an IPO (for one of his own company's) on the OTCBB in 2002.
